Here are some tips to help to approach your CBSE/ICSE board exams stress free
1. Keep it Simple
Do not make it complex. That is keep it simple. Most exams questions will be set in such a way that an average student can score decent marks. There will be at least 1-2 questions which will be tricky or complex and that is done so that only select few genius can solve it and score 100%.
DO NOT PREPARE FOR TRICKY OR COMPLEX QUESTIONS.
You should target the other 98% of the marks.
Also, keep handy the syllabus and weightage of marks for each topics. This will help you focus and plan accordingly.
2. Effective time management
For effective time management I have also posted earlier. It is applicable here as well.
Note down or analyse where are you spending all your time. Exclude the activities not required for you at this moment. For example if you have multiple hobbies. It may be prudent to pause most of them and may be keep 1-2 of them or use them as stress busters.
Prepare a proper schedule and stick to it.
Remove time wasting activities like watching TV. Be efficient in your activities like the time spent in bathing, eating should be utilized effeciently.
Do not compromise on sleep.
3. Stay healthy and have healthy food
If you have a hobby of paying outdoor games then continue it. Exercise daily and if possible include Yoga in the morning hours. It will help in concentration especially, Pranayam, Aulom vilom, Bhramari, or pronouncing OM for 15 minutes
Avoid junk food and only have homemade food. Drink good amount of water.
4. Practice Regularly
Practice makes perfect. Take inspiration from sportsperson like Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli in cricket. Keep the basics always right and make sure you are clear on it.
Subjects like mathematics require more and more practice. Do not compromise on it.
5. Seek help or support
Do not hesitate to take help from teachers, friends, parents. Some topics you may be having some doubts, for some your friends. Have discussion among your friends and clear it.
6. Positive thinking
Keep your mind clear of any negative thinking. Always keep think positively. Do not under estimate your capabilities. Studying hard can resolve all your problems. All are not equal. But hard work can enable you to make your preparation stress free.
